Story
Personal Experience
As the Founder and Managing Director of Bridge Consultants Ltd., my entrepreneurial journey began after more than 16 years in the banking and finance industry, specializing in mortgages, lending, and regulatory compliance. Over the years, I saw firsthand how many clients—particularly first-time homebuyers—struggled to navigate the mortgage process due to incomplete documentation, inconsistent communication, and limited financial literacy support. Those gaps inspired me to create Bridge Consultants, a company dedicated to “bridging” the space between clients, realtors, and banks to make financing easier, faster, and more transparent.

At Bridge Consultants, I lead a small but passionate team that guides clients from pre-qualification to closing. Drawing from my background in banking, I designed systems that align with each lender’s requirements while maintaining the warmth and personal touch clients deserve. This hands-on approach allows us to ensure every application is accurate, timely, and positioned for approval within the standard operating timeline. Our partnerships with major banks in The Bahamas and Turks & Caicos Islands give our clients confidence that they are receiving the best mortgage solutions available.
